You should try to make your return trip the same time you make your going out reservation, to be sure your time is available. The process is the same. Just make sure you include all information. Airline/Flight #/arrival time/Name/Phone # and drop off location.
Once you land, please turn your phone on. You will receive a TEST from the driver telling you their name, make, color of car. and where to meet them once you get your luggage. All returns will meet the driver on Level 3 Door 3 (A,B,C terminals) Same level at either terminal.
Yes, We check return flights. (Please Note)If the flight is delayed Two hour or more there is a 35.00 ser charge. If the flight is delayed after 3hours your spot may not be available anymore. We'll try our best to accommodate your change, But it is no guarantee availability. (No Refund.)
